Clear responsibilities make a till safer to run. This page explains what Connect POS does, what it does not do, and what stays with your business.

What Connect POS provides

Connect POS is a point of sale for shops, cafés, takeaways and restaurants. Your staff open the till, ring up and hold sales, keep stock counts and close the day with a cash-up, and each step is recorded.

Some features are marked on this website as in testing or coming later. They are not part of your plan until we tell you they are available.

Plans and prices

Plans are monthly: Starter WST 69, Shop WST 119, Hospitality WST 159. Prices are in tala and include VAGST. There is no long contract.

On-site setup, hardware and the TIMS add-on are charged separately. Hardware prices are indicative until we quote for your shop.

What Connect POS does not do

It does not take card or mobile money payments. It records how each sale was paid, and your existing bank terminal or mobile money process stays in charge of the money.

It does not file tax returns. The TIMS add-on (WST 49 a month plus WST 250 setup) is in development and not accredited by the Ministry for Revenue. It is not offered for live use until it is accredited.

It does not replace your accountant or your own checks. Your business decides prices, discounts, refunds and who can approve them.

Your responsibilities

Enter correct products, prices and opening floats. Count the drawer at cash-up and check the result. Give each staff member their own PIN, keep manager PINs private, and remove staff who leave.

Use Connect POS only for your own lawful business. Do not try to reach another shop's records.

Support and changes

We help by phone, in person and remotely. [CHECK: support hours and response times.] We may improve Connect POS over time and will tell you before a change that affects how you work.

If a plan is paused or ends, your saved records are kept, not deleted. See the privacy notice for copies and deletion.
